I was in Palamos with a big group of jacks. If I told you Betty slept on the beach but under the sand ( by the bar ) I’m sure you would believe me.
He rose on the first morning we were there like a trapped seagull shouting ‘ kin hell boys let’s all do the swim away’ He was an absolute laugh throughout that trip.
He gave a local Spanish woman a ‘used’ piece of toilet roll before the first game at Palamos ( in a bar of course ) and said ‘ Sniff that it’s just like home’
For anyone who didn’t know him he was from Port Talbot. | |

That’s pretty immaculate, as is the non event of Betty not dying.
