| Baby Finley. on 10:23 - Apr 15 with 1120 views | SullutaCreturned | I'd go biblical here, inflict the same pain on them they inflicted on that poor, defenceless baby. This is a thing that really stirs me, cruelty to children and animals. I'd put some people in prison for life, literally. They would never come out, build special prisons where life was very ordered and not easy, 10 hours labour every day, 3 meals, a comfy bed but that's it. No tv or internet, no news from outside apart from 1 visitor per month. It'll never happen, the world is going the other way, people are serving less time. It's less about punishment now and more about rehab but some people can't be rehabilitated. | | | |

I always been consistent about not having the death penalty. I’m struggling with this one. I can only maybe justify those ******* staying alive is death would be too kind to them.
| Baby Finley. on 11:33 - Apr 15 with 1084 views | Dr_Winston | I've mellowed on the subject of capital punishment as I've got older. Letting them live to a ripe old age in the kind of environment that Cat describes would be far crueller than a six foot drop so I'd be all for that. The question that Society needs to ask itself is why creatures such as this were allowed to procreate in the first place. | |
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

| Baby Finley. on 12:06 - Apr 15 with 1065 views | KeithHaynes | I spent years managing investigations involving the worst people raping babies and children, molesting, assaulting and killing their children and family’s children. I never thought it really bothered me until I stopped. I wake up regularly these days and the memories come flooding back. The post mortems were the worst. And we had to attend all of them. The organs of these kids carefully wrapped on blue plastic cellophane trays so similar to offal found on Tesco shelves. The shaking injuries causing subdural heomatoma ( eye bleeds ) usually on small babies under ten months. You could only do your best. | |

That’s horrendous, Keith. All I can say is thank you for doing it - a harrowing but vital job.

I have similar experience .it’s why I would show no mercy to child killers . It’s also the reason for my open contempt at barristers who stand up and defend these monsters . They deserve a defence? True, but who would want to. That people are more dismissive over CP than the trauma and death of children worries me to this day If these monsters ever see another day of freedom,it will be an injustice

The last bit says it all for me, for some crimes there should be no rehabilitation. Give them a 6x8 cell, no tv or playstation, nothing. Let them stew for however many years they have left. The justice system unfortunately does not take crimes against children etc very seriously and it happens so often now that you see these sorts getting community orders and suspended sentences.

Absolutely, our own children are first of all being allowed to be a risk of torture at the hands of those notionally referred to as parents . Until we protect our children,we are damned . We care more about prisoners rights than those they butcher We haven’t the guts and simple morality to eliminate from our society those who take out their hatred on the most vulnerable people of all. Anti capital punishment folk says, would you pull the level. Personally ,I would and chop up their remains and feed them to pigs.

I must say though I do disagree with capital punishment and the death penalty, mainly due to situations where an innocent person has been found guilty. But i do think sentencing should be harsher on certain crimes (some receiving indefinite sentences) and that they should be made to serve the full sentence, no time reductions for good behaviour etc.

You are never going to get it 100 %. However ,far more are found not guilty only to kill again that innocent people . CP was abolished with the proviso by the Zlabour govt that life sentence would mean just that . MPs voted to abolish because of that so they were conned . It is morally wrong to allow baby torturers to survive and be released one day . If we do not protect our young and old then we have no society

I can't imagine what people like you who did or still do that job go through. Just thinking about it has an effect on me. If I knew of anybody doing this kind of thing I'd be straight on the phone, even if it was my own son. I agree with Raynor about capital punishment but we'll never see that brought back. In which case life should mean life, not 20 years with a chance of early release for good behaviour, bad behaviour should see sentences extended.

When you get to a crime scene ,a bad one, what remains forever is the stench . When it gets to court, the only stench is that of the lies spouted of the Perps by an eloquent and highly paid barrister . Babies are vulnerable and defenceless .

The other problem is the prisons are chocka, god knows who put them there ! Over populated and a lot of rationale to free people early. Hence the reason why we have sex offender registers and reporting for those allowed to offend and then walk the streets quite freely.

True enough but the public has to take precedence at all times I do think many could do sentences in the community . I see nothing wrong with prisoners ,properly supervised clearing the mountains of refuse ,for a start.
