The fans support group said it is OK to drink tap water. I never did in 7 years
living there and the locals do not either.
I was there 20 year ago so thing s might have improved. The culture there is to stick to bottled water. Research suggest Turks put a lot of chlorine in their public water. A bit like drinking from the swimming pool. [Post edited 19 Jun 2023 17:27]
