There are two lines of tarmac. The pub tarmac is older than the highway one.
If the wheels are on the pub car park you can appeal.
The pub owner doesn’t say anything for fear of being harassed. | |

The new cameras on the Pontardawe by-pass fit that too. The road is safe enough to do 60 if everyone drives sensibly, its the idiots that cause the problem so just put the cameras up. But no, first they reuce the speed to 40 AND then they put the average speed cameras up.
I can't wait for the 20mph thing, lets see how many new cameras sprout up then because 20 is unbearably slow on most roads in modern cars. | | | |

They need one in Belgrave Road, Gorseinon, it would make a fortune.
