| Watson keeping his powder dry 22:21 - Jul 9 with 2758 views | ReslovenSwan1 | Piroe should be on his way within the next two or three weeks. Watson is yet to show his influence. A centre forward number one priority. Keeper number two perhaps. Josh Key - Well established as a club target before Watson's arrival. Josh Ginnelly - Known by Duff. I would expect some loans and free transfers already actually. Duff may want to assess the 4-5 U21s Webb and returning loan players in pre-season like Brandon Cooper Joseph, Whittaker and Ogbeta. Potter spent his £7m budget too quickly and carelessly. Asoro the speedster the cub did not need with Dan James in the building and much better coached. Roberts better that Declan John. Byers a match for McKay or Celina. [Post edited 9 Jul 2023 22:25]

I speculate. Is speculation banned on the is forum? That is why I used the word "may". I speculate that Duff may have told him to "hold fire" until he has had a good look at what he already has at Fairwood. This is wise. I provided an example of where Potter disastrously jumped in signing poor payers he did not need. He did this with out considering Dan James, Connor Roberts and George Byers who he ended up playing instead of his signings. Only met Swanseas's greatest ever Chairman once.

FWIW ,either we are able to post OUR opinions S individuals or not. That simple. It’s not a good sight to see several contributors rounding on to an individual. We are NOT a broach church are we? We need to look into the glass.

You are having a nip at Watson and I'm backing him up by saying give him time, he will have been working with duff to identify who he wants but it all depends on funds, without piroe going i don't expect much but if he goes I'd expect a better calibre of players coming in. The window closes at the end of August so I'm expecting piroe to be starting the season, that's unless we get a bid that tempts the board, if that happens then I'd expect quite alot of movement. You see, I never dissed anyone there, It's easy.

But the bottom line is that Res,like it or not, has the interests of the club and team at heart. I don’t like or agree with much that he posts but read what I say . Everyone should reflect including you. No poster should be ridiculed individually although the content should be as the two are different .

Don't think he is a WUM at all. He has a fixation bee in his bonnett about the trust. But he is a knowledgeable poster to be fair who does not mind posting stuff that many don't agree with. He is always polite bar the endless Trust stuff I enjoy reading his posts. Be pretty boring if we all agreed with each other. . [Post edited 10 Jul 2023 10:24]

Let’s put it this way. I’m not exactly averse to the odd bitchfest but he keeps it tidy,or at least as tidy as do I,though sometimes I don’t think I’m tidy at all, just dirty. Personally I can’t stand anodyne, bland and mundane posting
