Are alcohol sponsors allowed on kits anymore?

| Au vodka now partnering The Swans on 15:32 - Aug 31 with 1388 views | ReslovenSwan1 | The Morgan family (called a 'sell out' by some dim fans) have been a godsend to the club. Mr M took the a shambolic club and turned into a £100m + business with state of the art facilities and a solid club ethos / philosophy. Today Morgan Senior sponsors the Stadium and Morgan Junior also helping the club with revenue. Bravo to both of them. Charlie boy is written in the clubs folk law like Jack the the dog. I am not entirely convinced Swansea would have won that tie without his intervention. | |

How much is the stadium sponsorship? Should be at least a million a year
| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Why "should it be £1m" Where do you get that from. Swansea have been looking for a sponsor for about decade. With no takers Mr Morgan stepped in with £100k a year I read somewhere. I suspect he will stand down if a bigger offer comes in. An ideal candidate is the Swansea City Supporters Trust. They have £1m doing nothing. Alternatively they could sponsor the Women's team. If they did they would find membership increasing. Exeter city injects £70k into their club every year. SCST could do the same and buy shares. There are loads of positive things they could be doing. No imagination sadly.

The club is in an exponentially better place than it would be now had Morgan, Jenkins et al not stepped in. No one can reasonably deny that. At the same time, they subsequently sold the fans out. If they hadn’t done that they wouldn’t, also quite reasonably, be referred to as sell outs. What went on in the past, Hazard incident aside, is nothing to do with Charlie Morgan. AU vodka IMO is brilliant for Swansea and I’m glad they have got involved.
