Ok,so “we” were glad of a change of coach but thus far,we have no progression at all.
I’m not one for fisting really but a little passion and animation is always gratifying .
Cooper often showed little of that and he was too ugly but Duffers looks and sounds very forlorn.
I am hoping Darren Moore will still be looking for work when he goes ,as he will.

Poll: Christmas. Enjoyable or not

Whispering in corridors..........sounds to me its only a matter of time before hes gone, the longer it is , the more damaging to the club, and maybe our league position it will be.

Would a new coach have an immediate effect?
We need to sort this out.
Sadly, our owners are not capable IMO

I watched his previous team a couple of times on the tv and there is, in my opinion, a similarity to how Luton play, I’d call it a Luton lite, and we are bringing in players who will be comfortable playing that way. Short term it may be successful but it won’t bring success in the premier league, success being staying there and trying to establish a foothold for the future. For me Russell Martin’s style of play almost got us into the playoffs and if it wasn’t for that horrendous run would have done and I think would have longer term benefits both on and off the field. We should have brought in a manager who has the same philosophy but had the ability to tweak and improve and to move it on to the next level. We’ve moved too far away from our core playing principles and done it to quickly so it’s understandable there are some dissenting voices within the club. Hopefully he’ll turn it round and silence these voices but he’s got some serious work to do and at the moment the style he’s trying to implement is either not being explained clearly or some are not wanting to hear it or it’s maybe a bit of both but either way he needs to get on with it or will have to be moved on to someone who can.

With the way we’re playing the October and November fixtures look brutal. He really needs to get this sorted otherwise we’re really up against it through the winter and into next year.

I would say any experienced player who can see that Duff hasn't got a clue. The look on the face of Grimes and Allen during Saturdays game tells a thousand words.
