The Israeli strikes against them have demonstrated that whilst they may be tough paying terrorist groups to do the hard work for them, the Iranian military isn't up to much when directly confronted themselves.

An estimated 250,000 to 350,000 Russian soldiers have died in the four years of the war.

It's not going to be easy for sure.
I'd expect the Mossad and CIA to be on the ground helping out. Apparently loads of Starlink satellite dishes are being handed out so people can still get online and organise.
I think the key will be if some of the military/police forces start swapping sides. The IRGC will probably go down fighting, but if they can be outnumbered then the revolution has every chance of succeeding. | |
