Aston Villa have turned down the opportunity for this match to be shown live on BBC Wales on the Sunday. I’m happy about that, Saturday 3pm is the time for an FA Cup third round match. The likes of the Oxford Match a couple seasons back was destroyed by the game being switched to the Sunday at about 12pm. It probably would have had Jason M presenting it and he’s a c*nt! |  |

There should be subsidised travel too. Perhaps the players could throw a couple of grand each into the pot. |  |

Normally I'd agree with anyone on about the off field activities but we don't know how much villa are charging the club.
Could be 10 a ticket.
Going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say 'well done Pearlman.'
But then sky give all clubs money to sort fans out for tv rearranged games.
Think it's around £100 k a season
So a few free busses or tickets food etc and the club still makes profit
If the Mrs has plans that day and if I can get tickets there'll be 2 free offered on here.

Not sure about FA Rules but in the Premier League the away fans should be charged the same price as home fans for similar tickets.
The Aston Villa offer for free tickets is for THEIR season ticket holders and only applies to their season tickets holders. Any other Villa fans or anyone who wants to buy FA Cup tickets (This applies to Swansea Season tickets holders as well) has to pay the reduced price of £10.
The offer to give 2,500 free tickets to Swansea season tickets holders or Jack Army members seem like a Genuine offer from the Swansea City board. | |

Where do you get that idea from? Their free offer only applies to THEIR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS. Other Villa fans have to pay £10. Why on earth would Villa have to charge their own supporters who are not season ticket holders £10 while being unable to charge the visiting clubs season ticket holder? | |
