I watch the BBC West Mids news at teatime (because I used to live in Hereford) and their sports reporter was bulling up Albion's chances of taking the points off us today to stay top of the league. And in my walking football group yesterday, a Yorkshireman was trying to wind me up with comments along the lines of "don't be too upset after the rugby tomorrow".

I'm calling on the sporting Gods now, please PLEASE give this Swansea boy a super sports weekend so that the urine can be extracted next week.......
