17 months porridge and costs and compensation to the tune of £38K plus his own defence costs will hopefully send out the right message to all politicians. The police and authorities should investigate all allegations of impropriety and corruption whatever party.

You're right

I'm absolutely amazed at this sentence given that this sort of practice had been alleged all over the UK for years and yet nothing much has happened in the way of convictions or jail sentences, there has also been case after case of people found to have forged signatures on their nomination papers for election and been let off with a warning not to do it again.

No doubt the judge will be removed at some time to be replaced with someone more in tune with more liberal attitudes towards sentencing.

Labour MP Claudia Webbe I hear mentioned?

Those right wing rags the Guardian and the Mirror have reported on the growing list of Labour MPs awaiting trial

https://www.theguardian.com/uk

https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/

And that right wing mouthpiece the BBC mention the struggles faced by former Labour MP Fiona Onasanya in jail after her conviction, poor dab.

The Labour Party uh.

I well remember labour lecturing everyone else on the inadequate vetting process of other parties candidates.

Where did it all go wrong Sir Kneel a lot? Where did it all go so wrong?

You lot are in no position to talk about abuse of parliament.

You talk as if you have some kind of credibility.

If everybody in Parliament and the Lords who deserved to either be sent to prison/deselected/sacked/replaced actually got what they deserved, there wouldn't be many left.

Our so called great and good eh!

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

I knew you were going to come back with something like that.

Of course it’s completely besides that point, irrelevant, but it’s glib and disingenuous and it’s all you have.

Still, happy fish, eh? How’s that car park coming along anyway?

Thought you would come back with something irrelevant.

Do you support an abuse of parliament by labour MPs yes or no?

Easy question.
