2pm KO.

Having booked their place in the Premier League Cup knockout stages, Wolves under-23s can move back to the top of the group table when they face Swansea City on Friday afternoon.

James Collins’ side are currently unbeaten in Group F, winning three of their four matches in the competition so far this season, enough to have already secured their place in the last 16 ahead of their final two group games.

Wolves have already overcome the Swans in south Wales earlier in the campaign, with goals from Owen Hesketh and Luke Cundle securing the three points. The under-23s will complete their group stage at home to Exeter City later this month, but another win this afternoon will stand the team in good stead in finishing top of the group — guaranteeing a home tie in the next round.

Collins’ men are currently tied on 10 points with West Ham United, but the Hammers — who have played one more match than Wolves — sit top of the standings due to holding a plus-five goal difference compared to Wolves’ plus-four.

Since their last encounter, the Swans have found themselves with just the one win, beating Queens Park Rangers on the road, so they will be looking to bounce back and put in a positive performance at St George's Park.

Supporters can watch all the action live as the match is streamed online via wolves.co.uk, the Wolves App and the Wolves YouTube channel.

The Club would have filmed it but it appears the camera's been sold

Swansea TV has gone populist and low quality. Wyndham is an insult to the intelligence and Anthony has dumbed down. He was excellent on Swansea sound. Back in the day he knew the name of the Rochdale's spongeman's cat Trigger. Now he cannot be bothered to name the QPR goalkeeper despite Marshall's local links.

The worst day was Siwan v Freiburg in a pre season friendly. I think they must have v been larking about. She did not know one of the German players despite have three full German internationals. She did think one or two of them were "lush" I recall.

"Get in there" When will the cheque arrive Anthony.?

Wyndham's commentary is wonderful.
Can't stand KoL always saying what players should be doing ... but never seems able to get his own teams to perform.

His real issue is not stating the injury time left. And they rarely put it on screen.

Wolves have two promising Wales eligible players who have played in u17 games. Owne Hesketh and Chem Campbell. They are quality but seem to be keeping their options open so as not to run into Declan Rice issues.

Campbell is a winger and good enough to get in the first team squad. They have an open invitation to play for u19 and u21. Wales are pretty shrewd on these matters and do not press to hard.

An ex Swansea lad joined too Essen was his name a forward but he may be u18. Forrester came from Wolves. I hope he plays with a bit more aggression and decisiveness.

The commentator says the average age of wolves is 18 and Swansea 20. He then tells us Leon Britton is 39. Leon adds two years to the overall average so both are effectively 18.

Like BBC Wales sport, embarrasingly amateur but it's all we have.
Wyndham sounds like a cartoon character.

Didnt he spout ,"we smashed them" as we DREW with Huddersfield.

I see Trundle too now as bland and ,a a Sky pundit, quite annoying.

We are looking for some honestly aren't we.

17.5 vs 20.5 is 3 years. They're playing a second string because they're already through and have a league game on Monday.
