He simply added the time that Pope was down "injured" i.e wasting time. That incident was after 90mins so he just added it to the minimum additional time. Quite right too. Hate goalkeepers feigning injury. | | | |

A bit of a radical change I know, but a radical change was done with VAR. Is it time we followed rugby union and took the timekeeping away from the ref, have a hooter to go when time is up and the ball has to go out of play to end the half/match. I know time is up at 40/80 minutes in rugby because they stop the clock, but this could be modified. |  | | |

Pope wasn't injured he was just wasting time, as were other players who were, in my opinion, happy with the draw. Maybe it was just Karma because if they'd just concetrated on playing time out instead of cheating, they may have gotten the draw. | |
