It is a good indicator of potential heart problems d stokes and heart attacks. Being fit slim and eating a good diet is no guarantee of a low blood pressure. These thing are hereditary. There is n indication that this death was related to that but it is good advice anyway. | |

| Pembrokeshire man dies in Qatar on 05:48 - Nov 27 with 409 views | bonymine | We were talking about this tragic event by the pool here yesterday. As extremely sad as it is, not entirely surprised by this we arrived in Doha at 6.30am on Friday, the majority of Wales fans congregated at The Corniche on the waterside to hear Dafydd Iwan sing, even at that time in the morning the sun and heat was intense and relentless with very little shade to be had, loads of people looking for water but nothing available in the vicinity fortunately for us my son had bought us two large bottles at Dubai airport before boarding. Inside the ground we were lucky to be in the shade in the top tier whilst the whole of the Red Wall was exposed to direct sun all game. Over 20k steps we did in total, the majority of it in temperatures of 30c+, I actually commented to my sons during the day that I was so glad my Dad didn’t come with us on this trip as he would not have survived that incredibly tiring and arduous day ; people were being sick on the plane back to Dubai in the evening too another sign of heatstroke and for once the effects of alcohol could be ruled out as a contributory factor as none was available in that 24hour window. So, so sad RIP sir thoughts with your son out here & your family back home ðŸ™ðŸ™ðŸ¼ðŸ™ðŸ¼ Edit. Since read that he died in his apartment as was not well enough to attend the Iran game so not heat related. [Post edited 27 Nov 2022 10:10]
