They narrowly lost to reigning world champions and a team ranked higher than them.

First half France were the better team, second half England were the better team and if truth be told they did enough to win the game but came up short. Their commentators and the press were very arrogant and made comments about the England team going them home before they expected to as if this game was in the bag before they’d even kicked off.
They were also dissing Morocco seemingly believing it was already in the bag. I appreciate some players these days go down under the slightest of contacts, but if most of the decisions that went against England had gone against Wales in a game ( or the Swans) we’d be fuming and probably talking about conspiracies.
I defo want Croatia to beat the Argentinians, if Croatia do win then I’d prefer to see Morocco prevail in the second semi, however if Argentina win I’d prefer to see France win as I don’t think Morocco have what it takes to overcome Messi and Co. | | | |
