As one of his most fervent supporters, I am of the opinion that he can do no more with our players.
I firmly believe had he been supported by the owners in January, we would not be at this point now.
That is now a moot* point and we are at a point where he either needs to leave or be replaced for his own wellbeing and that of the team.
Long term, this will not cure the rot that has set in the club.
That will only happen when the owners are replaced.
Whether he goes before Wednesday's game against bottom placed Blackpool or not, I fear the atmosphere will be toxic, with most fans anger vented towards the ever-absent non caring owners
Not an evening to look forward to if I am honest.

We have played 2 games since January.
1) Martin reduced us to 10 men by making senseless substitutions, losing us the game.
2) Totally outclassed against Sheff Utd where it could have been a cricket score.
Aye I’m sure there is no way we would be in this position now if we got in Karlan Grant 
But being one of his “most fervent supporters” you must praise the owners for appointing such a man then… right?

But he has to go at the end of the season now.
And I don't buy into this he hasn't been backed, let's be honest all his signings permanent or loan have been poor.
A few players in January didn't want to come here, but the near signing of Grant show he did have a budget.

Downes was good. I liked both Wolf and Christie too. After that I'm struggling, although I do believe that Darling has the makings of an excellent player given a coach who knows what he's doing. Hopefully there's time to get one in before the damage to his game becomes terminal. |  |

Yes amazingly isn’t it what a competent manager with a good system can achieve with average players like Monk and Gower etc like getting us promoted to the PL and becoming the darlings of the division with our football funny how the likes of Martinez and Rodger’s got us playing nice winning football with average players yet it seems Russ need a different class of player | |

Joe could well go into management. He certainly has huge respect in south Wales especially.
As for Martin,he could surely talk his way into a bigger clubs manager position by citing our putrid owners .
