Straight question. The process The window The watching other clubs going for the glory of it all Coach going Looking for another Wondering which players remain and which ones coming in.
Difficult one to answer Mr Hunglow , you’ve included six elements to the one question. But to answer your question no . As long as I’ve been watching the Swans there’s been uncertainty, unpredictability and change. Without all those things, it would be pretty boring.

Thanks for a nice reply. Same with Keith’s too. I truly am losing it and the thrill is slowly evaporating. Since relegation, fanwise,I’ve not been the same I ll tell you why … For years we were lower League having fallen out of the Senior division in the 50s . In my middle age, we are resurrected by Tosh then fall back quickly but we were built on sand,Struel sand . Then ,we truly change and get to the Prem where we strut our stuff in lordly style. I’ve never felt so proud and my father lived to see it. Sadly,he also saw us unforgivably destroy it all. It was a chance to radically truly alter the mindset and see the reawakening of those afflicted by big brand name clubs in that they should support their home town team.
The potential was significant. I admit to not having got over it.

Cohen would hardly cheer up anyone 😂
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

Well, have to say Hallelujah is a joy to play and sing .I play it in G as does John Cale but it’s fine in C. Glorious lyrics that define us all.
Without doubt,a cerebral musician who pleasured many ( so to speak) and yes ,we went to Canada 6 yrs ago and I sought out his former family home in Montreal .Not a lot of people know ,notwithstanding he was from Quebec ,he was brought up English speaking not French.
Its been like all my life supporting the Swans, this summer is no different to most. I see it as a new adventure and I am looking forward to it immensely, my only wish is that the change of manager is completed reasonably quickly so that we can make full use of the summer break.
As for watching other clubs going for glory, it has happened every season including when we were in the premier league, someone always wins something that we didn't.
Football is a joy and there to be enjoyed, you should try it. So definitely not fed up with it all.

You weren't a huge fan before then if we're being honest.
Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.
Just looking forward to hopefully taking another 6 points off Cardiff next season to complete the treble double. There is little else to cheer about. We won’t go up, we won’t go down. We’re mediocre. Prem days are well and truly gone. Without a Brendan as manager or a Scott Sinclair in his prime we will be stuck in this league. There is nothing special about Russ, he’s not the messiah everyone thought he was. Neither will the next one be. Whilst everyone will be fawning over the buzzwords coming out of the next managers mouth, I will be sitting back and laughing yet again.
Personally I’m looking forward to playing the clubs that have come up from league 1.

My methods are not favoured by some but by god i speak the truth.
Peaks and troughs, that's the life of Swansea City, it was the life of Newcastle fans too and Man City until money arrived, would I support anyone else, no chance, fed up, never. STID

Anyone finding it difficult to enthuse about a new season at Swansea because we are outside the Premier League needs to find a 'big team, to follow. While the glory days have been great I and thousands of others would have given up on the Swans decades ago (if ever we had started) if we could only get pleasure from being in the top league. AND, TBH, I can’t get my head around the depression of having to find a new manager … During the season just gone - Luton, Boro, Norwich, Sunderland, WBA, Stoke, Hull, Rotherham, Reading all changed managers And, Watford, Huddersfield , QPR, Cardiff, Blackpool, Wigan changed managers twice. During the time Martin has been with us there have been 58 managerial changes in the Championship.
Mates, few beers, socialising. For me it’s more than just the game . Albeit, it helps when we win. I can just about remember the swans in the old first ( I was 5) so much of my support for the swans has been for a team in decline, save for our rise into the PL.
On demotion from the PL. I was gutted, particularly as being in the PL put Swansea on the map to a world wide audience every week, which is something I think Swansea and west wales needed and continues to need.

These are halcyon days for me supporting the Swans, when I first started watching I could only dream of being in the higher reaches of division 2 on a regular basis.
Without a doubt as supporters we have been spoilt over the last 15 years
You give it out, you take it back it`s all part of the game
I wouldn't be going now if it wasn't for my son. I got bored with it all several seasons back. martins time has been a large nail in that coffin, maybe the new guy can rekindle my exuberance from my younger days.
Well, when I say guy, what if it's a woman?

We are where we are, I don't believe we'll see much if any improvement if I'm honest, I'm happy enough being Mid table side, with hopefully the odd flirtation with the play off's.
Lets be honest that's about our lot with the size we are as a club, plus our location.

and to be fair we've tried them all .
Yep, my earliest and favourite memories come from when we were battling in division 4, I wonder how many fans would watch us in league 2 now, especially the ones complaining about us not challenging for a play off place.

Mine is the very early 70s , I can't say it was much fun , interesting, worrying, but fun , not really .Although a significant change for me was we became a City Club so not all bad
