Now I sadlt cannot prove this because I was told it today by someone I trust but who cannot provide the report as back up, or I would have posted it on here for all to see.
The 20mph speed limit test zone in Cardiff, specifically Whitchurch, there was a report compiled by the Senedd and they suppressed it because it didn't say what they wanted, allegedly!
Allegedly it said the reuction had no significant impact on saving lives AND it had been and would continue to be bad for business in that area.
There have been other consultations done that I never saw the results of, were they published or suppressed? The one about having more numbers in the Senedd, the votes for 16 year olds, were they published? |  | | |  |

It's entirely possible. From what I can gather feedback from other trial areas was uniformly negative also, but when transport policy is being guided by dimwitted zealots like Lee Waters then the will of the people is irrelevant.

Can you give us more info on the time and date of this report and who actually was responsible for it, I’d be happy to submit andvFOI as per Jackmanandboy’s post.
I actually drove through a swanky part of Cardiff a few months ago where they had the 20mph zone in place, it was a nightmare. Car was in second most of the time and it took what seemed like ages to complete the journey. [Post edited 2 Jul 2023 10:57]

Problem being there's very little alternative candidates or parties of which to vote for, an independent candidate is maybe what's needed, but even then he or she wouldn't get the votes needed to change the situation.
Voters will just vote with their feet and just not bother voting. |  |

Our MS here is jeremy Miles of Labour.
I can't give more info sorry, the report was obtained and posted on a residents facebook page (for Whitchurch, Cardiff) but then it was removed by facebook for reasons I don't know. I'm not even sure of the date it was removed apart from it being several months ago.
Are there other reports that are being hidden because the Senedd don't like what they say.
I know the Labour supporters won't like me saying this but Welsh Labour are a disgrace, this is not a democracy, it's Mark Drakefords plaything. He does what he wants regardless of the evidence.
We have a beyond incompetent useless Tory UK government and an absolutely incompetent Senedd that also does as it pleases.

Nah I prefer to stay here, in MY home. It's just a shame that so many people are blinkered to the truth about the tories and Labour and will still vote for them regardless of the damage they do.

The question should be asked, how much was spent on the field hospitals, how many patients were admitted and how did they intend to staff them when there were not enough staff for mainstream hospitals. | | | |

In terms of field hospitals, WG didn’t do anything differently to what NHS England did.
I’ve no idea how much was spent, but I do know some of the field hospitals were used quite a lot, but it varied from area to area. Down this way they were staffed by volunteers and people returning to the NHS. Down our way they were used for patients who were recovering from illness, surgery or covid - patients only went to the field hospitals once they’d tested negative. | | | |

There was an article on this in the Western Mail a few weeks ago.From memory I believe Carwyn Jones started to divert money from the NHS in to Social Care and possible a few other areas to protect other needy from the impact of austerity on other services.
