Not sure but his name is Mohammed Farooq. Sounds like a very brave bystander saved a lot of lives by moving him away from the hospital and calling the police.

Possibly, the report doesn’t say. Maybe we’ll hear more when the sentencing takes place. He was radicalised, but also had issues with the hospital where he once worked.
