Bands You've Seen The Most.
at 13:16 2 Mar 2020

My other half is off on some hen do over the Easter weekend, so I've been looking for some bands to go and see around the UK. Nothing much coming up, but did see the UK Subs are in Derby, seen them so many times, that doesn't really appeal to me. Got me thinking who I've seen the most-

Damned-between 50 and 60 times.
UK Subs-about the same.
Siouxsie and The Banshees-about 30, SLF the same.

Then loads between 20 and 30 including GBH, Mad Dog, Oppressed, Cowboy Killers, Discharge, Conflict etc...what about you lot?

Not A Bubble, but not far off.
at 07:23 25 Jul 2019

After a meeting yesterday, it has been decided that the Derby at The Liberty will not be a full 'Bubble' trip. Cardiff fans will have to meet at Felindre to collect their tickets, and will be escorted to the ground from there.

Old Swansea Football Fanzines.
at 09:30 13 Nov 2018

Got a week off this week, having a bit of a tidy up. Came across all my old football fanzines, there's definitely two of yours in there. Anyone want them, just cover the postage, let me know on here.

How many pubs are there, places to stay etc...going up there in January to watch my local Egg team, as ever I've been lumbered with sorting the trip out. Is it a place that's worth staying overnight? Better off going back to Carmarthen? Help...

Saw an excelent Swansea band yesterday

I went to see THE RIFF from your area yesterday in Pontypridd, a really good group. Popular with the Scooter/Moddy lot, but there's more to them than just that. Got more of an Indie sound to them, great to see a young band not trotting out boring covers, will definitely go and see them again. They've got a few releases out already, well worth seeing.

My Swansea supporting friends[enemies even!], I need some advice about this area. I'm staying in my son's caravan next week for a few days, any recommendations for decent Pubs and places to eat nearby? Best local beach? In fact any tips about the area would be appreciated, I'll do the same for you if you ever decide to sample the delights of the Rhondda Valleys!

I know I should probably be posting this on AA's site, as there's always people on there saying how these areas are 'Mostly Blue' , but I thought I'd try here instead. I'm going to watch my local Egg team in the 1/4 final of the Cup here on Saturday, any decent Pubs/Clubs in the town/village, will be stopping for a couple of hours before and after game, any recommendations. Also, is the clubhouse by the field, can you swig while the games on etc...will it be safe to wear my Bluebirds pin badge, or will the Skewen Boot Boys be prowling the streets, looking for Ystrad Rhondda blood?
Any advice gratefully received...
