The matches come and go, the results remain the same. We are playing try to our league position and will struggle next season with this group of players minus the one's we sell over the summer. Where will we find another Lambert, Schneiderlin or Lallana to get us out of this mess.

Why do we sit back and back and back and invite pressure without any upfield outlet whatsoever......our clearances were only short-term as Bradford came straight back at us and invited more pressure, forcing us into free kicks and corners and waiting for the inevitable sucker.....and along it came!

Subs again useless......Kosi aint no match for a departing Rathboni!

Wish we played the whole game like the second half way to nervy in the first half. Long awful again in front of goal a complete waste of time.Midfield to many balls going astray again Romeu and Lemina a looked out of there depth don't no what has happened to them.Need to get back to finding a way to win soon or it's the Championship for us.

A bit numb after this one, all so very predictable even the outcome. We no longer have the capacity to surprise, all spirit has ebbed away and the sooner this season is over the better.

We need a fresh start under new leadership at all levels and a bloody good clear out at all levels.

One doubts we'll ever achieve again what we have achieved those past four seasons not including this one.

Next year won't be a stroll in the park at all with WBA, Stoke, Middlesboro, Villa and Derby to contend with assuming Cardiff & Fulham are coming up with Wolves.

I will 'though buy a season ticket again after a three year absence on a pay as you go basis provided that Reed, Kreuger and a few others get the boot including Mark Hughes - who to be fair had no chance of achieving anything here but also he is not the sort of manager we need.

The Saints are dead, long live Southampton FC!

Nice to see that Hughes thinks Prowsey is a complete waste of space and that Davis don't belong in the 1st team squad.

We have to be realistic. Chelsea went up a gear a week ago and we couldn't cope. Today they exploited our obvious weaknesses. It was all very predictable but we shouldn't overlook the fact that they are a top European side and blessed with a multitude of talent whereas Saints are currently leaderless on the pitch and weak in central defence and playmaking. It shouldn't be that way but it is so there should be no raising of eyebrows. I'm afraid it's the white flag that's been elevated. We can only hope that those at the helm have the drive and ambition to right what they have plainly got wrong and they need to come out and say so if they want to retain any of their dwindling credibility.
