Hi Long time reader just taken the plunge.
I have been a season ticket holder for more years than I care to remember and I used to do both home and away until the saucepans came along and that put pay to that. Still go to homes.
I remember the highs ( Wembley ) and the lows ( buckets and players ) but this current lot need to look at themselves.
They earn more money a week than many do a year.
I don't buy this they aren't fit because of the pre-season. If they aren't fit don't pay them and the pre-season was July. It may have escaped your notice HR that its October.
We are in a worrying position.
HR cant be bothered . TF has the new ground / training facilities vision.
If HR cant be bothered and is willing to walk away ( as he was until Bobby's wembley display) then have we got a manager in waiting?
If not then we thank HR very much and get Tony Pullis in.
Now I don't like his football but it worked at Stoke / Palace and as the Welsh one proved if we wait too long then it could all go wrong again and we would be in a worst position than last time we went down.
So yes I'm all for stability but we didn't win any games last season convincingly and this season we seem to be all at sea with no-one knowing what they are supposed to be doing.
I thought Training was that training?

11. never post anything too loud on a sunday morning as brixton r is only just getting in from a psy trance night at the age of 62 and he needs his sleep.

Pretty much agree. harry has done the honourable thing by saying he doesn't want a new contract at the moment but the truth is that he has lost his smile, humour, Prem mojo and fire.
Tony talks about stability but stability starts with harry being honest and either saying he can't do it or staying and bringing in his successor so that he can take more of a back seat - and I don't mean Glenn.
I've said it numerous times but a five year plan under Roberto Di Matteo and Steve Clarke for me spells stability. |  |
