The difference between Americans, British and Irish is best explained by a fire alarm going off in a large busy office complex, factory, of school.
Americans - all rushing out of the building in a blind panic, shouting and screaming.
British - all calmly forming an orderly queue and filing quietly out
Irish - look around, shrug, 'ah sure it's probably a false alarm', continue what they are doing
