Playing a blinder. Some massive results. Hard to believe we r only above the relegation on goal difference. Keep up the great work👍

Can we lock him into the club? Give him shares like El Tel? Actually that might make him run away faster. What a manager, and so likeable to boot

Amazing

And I think he's still finding his Championship feet.

If he keeps this mob up then he will need to be known as Saint Marti next season

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

He's known for playing attacking, expansive football. Today, he showed he can play a different game, and still win. I think credit should also go to his assistant, Calm, who I believe focuses on the defence.

In answer to the OP, Michael Gove recommended him.

That will test his loyalties

I think really he has to have a season to prove himself - one of our previous incumbents tends to suggest be very careful when you make the so called move up the ladder !!!
But the turn around since Ainsworth who believed we were good enough to come fourth bottom if we reached our potential

Marti has got all the players in the squad all performing well and on top form and they all know the plan too.

Am a massive fan and substitutions are generally correct also. Fox on as fifth man in defence was a clever move also.

And to be fair there was not even that many dodgy moments today such was our defensive solidity

Honestly don't want to go OTT but I wasn't expecting this from the bloke, must admit I was a bit nonplus about his appointment but results speak for themselves.
Long-long way from survival In this league of course we are but I bet his performances and results have been noticed and noted.
Cheered me up no end.

Survival in the championship this year is very much ‘ours to lose’ now.

5th in the “last six” form table.
7th in the “last ten” form table.

Would be nervous if I were a Watford supporter!

He's the real deal. The best thing about this club right now, as Clive has mentioned in his reports a few times

Marti and his coach are now delivering the right calls on tactics and making substitutions. You can also see confidence rising in the team, especially when we score first.

getting a tune out of JCS, sticking Dunne at RB giving extra height and strength for set pieces and far post balls, reigniting the Chair/Willock love....

lots to be appreciative of where Marti is concerned and hopefully it continues

...... and got rid of some expensive dead wood too

Today was rope-a-dope with purpose, organization and everyone’s roles defined, not storm the beaches thinking or luck.

Leave him alone when and if. A cultured football man at the helm

Look at the difference today & the win at Burnley. Today was composed & organised.

Well done Marti, his coaches & the team.

Yes you do feel the defence can and will hold out too.

We have not had such feelings for many years to be fair.

Just need to slap a £10 million contract escape clause on him and I'll be happy.
