Forgive me if this has already been created, scrolled down the first page and that's as far as I went.
With a few QPR players out on decent loans this season, be good to keep tabs on them and any particular highs or lows. This probably harks back to my old Footy Manager days when I took in an inordinate interest in my loan system and player development. Even accused of running a puppy farm once.
Who do we have out on loan/about to go out?
Daniel Bennie - Dundee United (Scottish Prem)
Jaylan Pearman - Swindon (League Two)
Phil Sanyaolu - Bristol Rovers (League Two)
Joe Walsh - Wigan (League One)
Ziyad Larkeche - Barnsley (League One)
Kieran Morgan - Bradford City (League One - presumably.)
Harvey Boddy, Worthing, National League
Cory Adjetey-Brew, Worthing, National League
Jaiden Putman, Woking, National League
Tylon Smith, New England Revolution, MLS
Bennie is 5 games in without a goal or an assist but two yellows.
Sanyaulo an unused sub yesterday.
Pearman - last 15 mins of a 3-0 defeat. Was 1-0 when he came on.
Walsh - WIgan seem unconvinced, and have seemingly signed a replacement as has been discussed.

Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of what a loan agreement looks like?
Because it seems mad to me that a club would make itself a hostage to things it can't control by guaranteeing minutes/first team appearances for a loanee. What manager would want to lose the ability to pick his own team? (Yeah I know, Plymouth last season, look how that turned out).
I could see there being gentleman's agreements that, eg Charles would be our first choice keeper this season, and that sort of trust is engendered by ongoing mutually beneficial relationships between clubs. But being contractually obliged to play someone who's woefully out of form, acting up or not training properly? Can't see it. |  |

You can put financial clauses in saying teams pay more or less money depending how much he plays though, I think. |  | | |

I wait to be proven wrong but I'm not actually sure you can include a specific clause that say "he has to play 75% of your games".
You can put financial clauses in saying teams pay more or less money depending how much he plays though, I think. |
If the basic elements of a contract (offer, acceptance, consideration, capacity, and an intention to create legal relations) exist, then I'm pretty sure you can have most (lawful) terms in a loan contract. It's not a million miles away from a term that says: a club must buy a player if they play x amount of games on loan.
Only hurdle to performance for both sides, is the uncertainty created if a player gets injured/suspended, maybe diluting the opportunity to meet the target. However, the real problem comes if the player is: out of form, carrying a knock, rubbish, or you want to change tactics etc. |  |

Might have been covered elsewhere (apols), but is there any scope for an emergency recall at any point this season for Daniel Bennie from Tannadice? Just thinking in terms of..(let me wildly speculate)..any injury crisis with our current strikers (perish such a thought).

I think he can be recalled but only during the January transfer window. Without wanting to spark yet another debate on the lad, we do have Kolli waiting in the wings who, in my book, would be a far better choice of the two. | | | |

We'd need to ask 'Arry what mad loan deals he created.
I reckon some of his loans must have been akin to the parent club pay x% of the wages if the player is in the first team, otherwise Rangers pay the full wage, or a larger %
Otherwise, there is no explanation for players like Will Keane, Macheda, or the Brazilian fullback from Man Utd, or most of them in fact... [Post edited 22 Sep 17:31]
