Its international women’s day and Heather Rabbats (see link) believes we will have a female manger within a decade.
Firstly Rabbats real name must be Brian as it's obviously a Tranny and secondly I just can’t see any professional or non professional side accepting a woman coach. It’s bad enough listening to them commentate.
Total equality for women. OK, lets start with having stand up urinals in women's toilets. See how far they take this 'equality' bull.

For there to be a female football manager, first there has to be a professional female footballer. And that ain't never gonna happen, I can tell you. Women are just physically smaller & weaker than men; this is a pure and indisputable fact. If women want to manage other women's football teams, then fine, but perleeease don't tell me that they will start managing men too. It's bad enough they tell us what to do at home. That's why I'm never there.

I would happily have a woman manager. Considering ome of the dross we have had over the years, Also anyone who has the, excuse the pun, balls to put them shelf in to the testosterone areana of football probably has something admiral about them.

I've been on several FA coaching courses. On the last one, 2 of the 3 tutors were female. Both were excellent, really knew their stuff, and got total respect from 20+ blokes aged 18-50.
Would they get the same respect in a dressing room / on the touchline? I very much doubt it. Might we see women in coaching roles within Academies, or doing specialist coaching with the first team - less beyond the realms of possibility.
At least the 'has to have played at a high level' nonsense has gone out the window...Wenger / Mourinho vs Bryan Robson / Shearer....
Think it will still be very tough for a women to actually be a manager but we shall see. Karren Brady was first MD and only 23 at the time. Youd'think that someone like Hope Powell has best chance at the moment maybe Conference/North or South might try it first??? Or something of the sort, but still think it's very tough. Football as many male dominated arena are very macho areas and controlling huge numbers of them will be difficult - don't forget they are often still quite young men so that can still be quite fiery at times. We shall see???...
