Was it me or did the the lights seem a lot brighter last night?

Definitely a lot less of the romantic candlelight that we've got used to. Maybe that affected the players too?

The orange neon aggregates ad makes it very difficult for me to see play on the far side. Amos's shot disappeared for me as well, play seemed to stop and it took a while to see where the ball had got to (spoiler alert, not where I wanted it to be).

The horrible LED pitchside perimeter ads seemed less intrusive last night. So either they were dimmer or the floodlights were brighter.
Whatever, those perimeter ads make it so hard to see what's happening at the other end of the pitch.
