Then we can change the dates to regular more useful ones, not based on the moon. Thus we might progress as a happier species.
On another note, Father Xmas is also a pagan originally. Father is often referred to as the leader of the tribe but in Christianity, there is only one father and that is God. So, Christians one could allege speak blasphemy when they reference him by that handle.

I just wish there was a way we could scientifically control the worlds weather. When I think of all the things that can be done these days. Make it rain where the planet needs it and control wind speeds etc. set the temps at a reasonable level like we do with our central heating.Crazy I know but just a thought. | | | |
