Dobson as manager 17:57 - Oct 7 with 2517 viewscharmr

Anyone, I’m not opposed.

At least he talks about football rather then listening to a Ted talk.

Got to be a bit mad or desperate though to manage at Rangers.

We let a decent prospect go.... Eustace.... but he apparently wasn't good enough for the morons that supposedly run our club

I mean, if what we see on the pitch is the result of Dobson's work on the training ground, I would rather not.

No he is just as accountable. We appointed seasoned L1 and L2 coaches and instead of rising up to Championship level they have pulled us down to that level

So the Assistant who is supposedly the brains of the operation gets away without any blame. The whole club is fcked tbh. Years of mismanagement and now the poor bstrd GA is trying to stop the poison from ruining the club completely.

Tell Reuban, Amit, Reilly et al to go.

Yeah they're pumping money to plaster over their incompetence, but it needs to die to start over again.

Sadly and genuinely, I cannot think of anything else. Cut out the cancer at the top, take the medicine it will cause and start again.

The only way those yseless c...s will take note, is if you stop going. Today the air of despondency hung so thick over LR, that people halfheartedly booed.

It's nowhere near good enough: you deserve better!

I feel like Ainsworth is mostly motivation and Dobson has an outsized role in the tactics compared to most 1-2 setups. So I don't know that this solves your problem here.

Agree wholeheartedly. Until they're gone, we've got no chance of anything at all

Dobson has a halo around him bc he only does media appearances after qpr wins

It’s easy to come across as intelligent when you’re going on a podcast after we beat boro. Questions tend to get a lot easier to answer

He doesn’t have to self flagellate himself like Ainsworth has to after each of these brutal defeats

When he speaks after a loss then we can assess whether he’s fit to be a manager

Agree, any coaching member that backs this style of football can get down the road

Talks a good game but ultimately like Ainsworth he's massively out of his depth

Knowing our board they'd get this one.

If we're going down on May, might as well get someone with experience.

Some of you on here didn’t have a lot of time for Critchley, a young football coach with a history of developing players at a top academy. Either that or a 75 yr old with a penchant of telling people what they want to hear. Even the Love in for Ainsworth calling him a legend on his return.

What the fcuk do you want or who to blame.
