Never in my born days seen 100%. Seen 99 a few times.

You're on the internet, it's just as easy to look up something you don't understand as make an ignorant comment.
Humidity is the measure of how much water vapour is in the air. 100% humidity means the air has reached maximum vapour concentration, or dew point, when moisture will start to condense out. |  |

Doesn't 100% just mean it's raining? Something to do with the dew point.
I did my geography A level twice - I had all the knowledge but very poor exam technique.

I have seen 100% humidity on weather forecasts for years now, especially during the night.
Don't y'all remember a night home game in January around 15 years ago where many of us took our jackets off because of the humidity?

Going down to get your daily newspaper Colin, not something that could be said in future years ahead
My dads routine in retirement was always, first thing in the morning, to walk down the road for his newspaper, and to catch up on all the latest shenanigans with the local newsagent. Him and his wife happened to be ex publicans, so well versed in chatting to the locals - a dying breed sadly, with how life is heading today.
Did an hour paper round six days a week and before school on week days, helped with developing a work ethic, but also exercise too, and the walk down to get the papers, and a morning how are you, as a start to the day, well that avenue will be well and truly shut down sooner rather than later sadly ....
Regards humidity etc, some of these apps seem to pick these percentages out of thin air. My partner, she will look at the percentage rain chance and make her decision to go down our alotment, if its 68% chance of rain she 100% doesnt go and then she finds out that 100% of the time that day the weather is dry.
