Brilliant stuff!

And had Jimmy got a hat-trick also, I'm assuming that would have been the first time 2 players had scored a hat-trick in the same game for the R's?

I had to check the following on-line in case my memory was playing tricks on me, but an honourable mention must go to Wayne Routledge who did indeed complete a 13 minute hatrick away to Exeter in the League Cup in 2009.

The article mentioned Clive Allen and so I just started looking at some goals for us from him. Holy shit. Holy fking shit.

Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. He runs like a cheetah, his crosses couldn't be sweeter. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore.

Absolutely sensational. Love the alignment with Marsh on the school end goals, especially on the day Rodney was there to celebrate the Forever R's. Lovely full circle moment.

Bravo Jack Supple. What a touch to have Clive for words and Jack for numbers in our corner of the football world.

Nice article.

5 goal Alan Wilks, 80 now, they should get him down Forever R’s after this weekends antics.

Time to move on boys, he was very good against Swansea but the previous games that he has played this season and the back end of last season has been very average indeed, very poor on many occasions.

Lets see if he can have another good game, starting with Southampton on Saturday.

That has always been one of my favourite goals to watch.

The way Allen got that ball around, with 3 defenders to beat and to give him a shot at goal was incredible. The finish was just cool, calm and and collected as he directed it past the keeper with precision rather than power.
