4 changes after a win makes sense to only Hill. I have been thinking about this for a while. Hill is in his own world playing his own version of premier league manager in which Hill is his own version of Mourinho or Klopp i.e. a big squad with rotation for specific games and tactics designed for different opposition all the while ignoring that Oxford (this week) are actually a bit shit.
