We've had him a fair few times. We have won 1, drawn 1 (Halifax away) and lost one (York in FA Cup) with him this season. Both the Halifax and York results were down to our own performances [Post edited 1 Apr 13:26]

The conundrum is we can sell every home seat in Spotland for the final game of the season it should be easy enough to also sell out v Morecambe and Wealdstone.
It will be interesting to see a noticeable fuller Spotland.

I had a front row seat in the Willbutts Stand many moons ago for the play-offs against Rushden & Diamonds (remember them?).......the atmosphere and view is by far the best in the ground with a full house. | | | |

Tickets seem to be selling quite well for tomorrow - expect more to turn up on the day as well given the bank holiday (most of U Block remains unsold for starters)

Trying not to get tense ahead of today’s game. The interesting twist here is the Hogan factor. He knows many of the players strengths and weaknesses inside out. He also knows how to press their buttons. However I don’t think they can be focused on stopping us playing, there focus has to be on attacking and beating us.
Will Manni start today? I think/hope he and Dev will be in harness again. Clearly we have the talent to win this and provided nerves don’t creep I think we will win it. Two up by half time would be just the ticket.

The Hogan factor is interesting. He will know our weaknesses but on the other hand our coaches will be well aware of his.
I liked him as a player but that Southend play off game sticks in my mind where they targeted his lack of pace chasing balls into the channels or in behind on the ground.... both things our front 3 are generally excellent at! |  | | |
