I can't recall a game where we gave the ball away so much in a game. They were all at it !
Apart from 1 attempt by Bowen that McCarthy tipped over (not before his obligatory bending backwards to try and let the ball go over him), there wasn't much in it. Wham had loads of possession, but the real chances fell to Saints, with Broja hitting the post after a great run and Rice clearing the ball off goal line. | | | |

He does. He was unlucky hitting the woodwork.
We were very wasteful today - especially Redmond & Djenepo. I was hoping Ralph would put Adams or Tella on as the game went on. You could see both sets of players getting tired - especially West Ham - and a bit of pace might well have undone them. | |

Yes was well impressed I didn't realise he had that much pace and its also good to have a decent sized striker who can win headers.
Not quite the result we wanted but we at least looked stronger in the last 1/4 of match again.

One of those games that we could of easily grabbed all 3 points with the right players in the right positions..that being said we did make West ham look very ordinary and going forward there is signs of a decent team, but Ralph seems to want to make things difficult for the team with very odd selections and formations..still 1 defeat and 3 games where we could of quite easily grabbed all 3 points...I think the relegation spectre is evaporating rapidly..and when he picks what should be our best starting eleven things could be quite entertaining..but all you will here on MOTD this evening is how poor West ham were..and probably some vindication in that to. | |

Livramento outstanding yet again, Perraud did well as did Salisu, and as others have said Broja completely transformed our attack.
Armstrong tried hard but didn’t quite work for him
Redmond horrific and Romeu had another off day. Don’t think JWP is his usual self either.
