There will be thousands available on Saturday just do not pay over face value hold out until 20 mins before the touts will then take face value or lower.
Been to the last 4 championships and always plenty of tickets available in knock out stages even games like Spain v Italy quarter final Vienna in 2008 had 6 or 7 thousand empty seats despite the official att being 48000.
Czech v Greece semi 2004 most of the tickets were given away to locals due to hardly any Czechs or Greeks being there. [Post edited 21 Jun 2016 10:22]

Soon as game finished (well, soon as the England game finished just to make sure) jumped on viagogo and got 4 tickets for my group £200 a pop, category 2. Not cheap, but couldn't miss the opportunity Saturday. Paris here we come!

Eurostar was nearly £600 for 2 people !
The Shuttle £80 for a car ... only around 175 miles from Calais to Paris ;)
Going to be a cracking game at the Parc de Princes; went there a couple of years ago for a PSG game and it's much better than the vast wasteland of the Stade de France. |  |
