The council were right on this one though. Part Tawe is just pulling shoppers away from the CIty Centre proper.
We have replaced a failed undercover shopping area with a similar shopping area with no cover.
Doesn't take a genius to see how it is going to work out. |  |

I agree about out of town developments killing the City Centre.
This project has already failed. Units shut left right and centre.
It is yet another out of town development but much closer and will cause just as much damage.
It will have a slight novelty factor and pull shoppers away from the centre until it ultimately fails again.
It would have been much better used as the concert hall venue with its excellent transport links or even parkland with leisure facilities. [Post edited 31 Dec 2017 9:28]
