This funding has been systemattically reduced due to 'austerity'
Councils have put up Council tax to try and make up the cuts imposed.

It's just the cost here. I looked back out of curiosity and in 2014 it was £257. So in a period of nil public sector wage inflation, it's gone up by nearly a third. Robbers. | |
