Even though the shagging part has curtailed somewhat i still try to drink as much as possible
You obviously weren't around during the 70s and 80s then.The 70s were very free and easy indeed, so were the early 80s, but I was a young single guy then so maybe it's a bit of nostalgia on my part.

The mid 80s was indeed mostly rubbish, from the end of the Jam to about Teen spirit, it was a wilderness, which makes the good stuff in some ways more memorable.
