Are you fckn serious? Am lucky enough to live a stone's throw from the park. Id give you my actual address but you sound like a fckn weirdo tbh. Would you rather me jog on the spot in my front room, or du mind us having a brisk arf hour walk. Let me know, I'll take it on board.
I'm the same as you, we walk around Victoria Park and the seafront for 30 minutes every day, observing guidelines, it's perfectly fine
You give it out, you take it back it`s all part of the game
A walk once a day is exactly what they’re recommending. Or a run. Or a cycle.
The police are stopping those in London, as it's seen as leisure, but carry on pushing the limits and being irresponsible. I don't mean you, personally.

No, they’re not.
I live here. I leave the house precisely once a day, to walk my dog, for about 45 minutes. It’s awful for the dog, as she’s used to a very active life, but she’s having to make do as well.
I’m pushing no limits. We’ve been a much longer lockdown here than everywhere else, due to the number of cases and danger of infection we have compared to elsewhere in the country.
I haven’t used public transport for 4 and half weeks and haven’t visited a supermarket for 3 and half weeks. In fact, I haven’t left the house at all apart from walking the dog.
Every one around here is staying in. They are taking one stroll, or run, or cycle once a day, respecting distancing far greater than 2 metres. It’s not even slightly irresponsible. We have a far bigger risk than you do, and no one is blasé about that.
