| Paris on 15:01 - Apr 9 by Swanjaxs | Apart from walking my dogs once a day whilst observing the safe distancing procedure i indeed stay in... Then i go to work as I'm a key worker. You seem to be struggling to understand government guidelines for some reason though. Any specific reason for that? |

| Paris on 15:25 - Apr 9 by londonlisa2001 | It doesn’t matter if it’s small. Being able to get fresh air is a massive difference. Whether it’s raining or not. You can step outside. There are loads of people (particularly in poorer areas) who are stuck in an airless flat, with children. They HAVE to get out once a day. It’s why even the worst offending prisoners around the world are allowed an hour a day outside. Don’t you understand that people are in different situations to you? It has nothing to do with bloody gym type exercise, the government are attempting to stop people going mad. It’s not inconvenience that’s the issue - it’s mental health, domestic abuse cases, child abuse. Stop being so self absorbed and assuming everyone is living your life. |
Who says you have to get out once a day? It's not about what you want to do , it's what you should do, There will be those that are going stir crazy - myself included, and yes there will be those who suffer, but these are not normal times , as you should be aware o,f but I just get on with it.So should you and others. It's about trying to do what you can and give an example to the majority, so we can hopefully save lives and get over this crisis. If anyone can't see this and realise it's not personal then i'm sorry for them. My wife works on the wards, I have an elderly mother self isolating, and a pregnant daughter who is not far off giving birth. If we can all do this then i'm sure those who feel a bit put out and inconvenienced can do the same.

| Paris on 15:41 - Apr 9 with 817 views | jasper_T | I haven't left the house in a week but I do have a small garden and a rowing machine in front of the TV (finally seeing regular use after the best part of a decade as a coat rack). So I'm not lacking for activity, fresh air and tanning opportunities. | | | |

What part of I haven’t left the house in 4 weeks apart from a short dog walk a day don’t you understand? And there are many that have to get out once a day. Which is why the CMO, head of the NHS, CSA, are all saying so. Everyone has family working in critical jobs, isolating, high risk etc. Not just you. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

No just someone who has little grasp of what is acceptable and what isn't. There are four of us in the household and each of us get out at least for 30 minutes a day to exercise. Whether that is a run, walk or to take the dog matters not. It is there and absolutely needed and why all the experts say it is acceptable to do so. And rightly so
