| Cabango Sent Home on 20:26 - Apr 13 by trampie | I thought he was going to give a pen away (lucky he could not get close enough to kick them, lol) he could have given a goal away by giving needless free kicks away in attacking positions, he could have been booked/even sent off if it wasn't a friendly, he gave the ball away all the time, he was done for pace all the time, and all that was in the first half hour he did get better as the game progressed but you can see why Wales never picked him for the first team and why the Swans had dropped him. He is still young and will get better, he has presence which is important for a centre back and also has a goal in him, but as a Wales fan I spent the first half hour of that match shaking my head at his mistakes. He got done twice early on and was taken aback by how quick the lad was, but after that I thought he played him really well to be honest. He won’t come up against quality like that in Championship. Think the lad cost Napoli €45m | | | |

I think it was the Porto player that was giving him the most trouble early doors.

| Cabango Sent Home on 13:38 - Apr 13 by Dr_Parnassus | I’m factually stating he has ‘some’ issues with his attitude. Decision making, unprofessionalism and immaturity are clearly three. Whether there is a wider problem we don’t know, whether this is one of the reasons he isn’t starting we also don’t know. But there is some evidence there now from something that was suggested was a possibility last week. Unless of course you think it’s a good attitude to break covid protocols and host a drunken party in a promotion run in to the point police have to be called to his home. It’s not difficult. |
I’ve read some crap in my time but your opening paragraph takes the biscuit.

It’s factually accurate, unless you think arranging a party, breaking covid rules and having police called to your house, resulting in a potential multi game absence in a promotion run-in is displaying a good attitude. Some of the responses from the usual mob are utterly bizarre.

There are loads of other isolated incidents. Loss of jobs etc. Patel ? Seems decent enough to me 😉

Keith. You know as well as I do,people are either pro or anti police. Those who ve been locked up tend to be anti. Those in leafy surburbia breed those that love to rail against authority ,ie Police. I’m reading a book about the Guardia Civil and it’s link with Falangists .My God, this country truly has no idea of what is a police state

Was just reading it, agree. Some key comments there, no shying away. "A lesson needs to be learned quickly, not just about adhering to Covid regulations but what it means to be a 24/7 professional athlete, and he will pay the price.” "There'll be a next part to this with Ben, and he's got to become a better professional than what he's shown.”

The guardia here were still killing people in the 1970’s who were related to family members who fought for the govt against Franco. Allegedly 😉 Mind you it shouldn’t be forgotten Franco’s Jewish assistance programme which saved thousands of lives and his refusal to instigate a fascist state in Spain with the Germans due to his Catholicism. Franco continued to provide exile to thousands more Jewish people from all over the world right up until his death. From Cabango to Franco in one thread 😂

You text me to say he was getting run ragged? I only watched 5/10 mins before half time and he got done in the penalty box on the bye line. I didn't watch the rest so can't comment further.

There's good Cops and bad Cops (even on this site) haha But worse, there's a sinister cabal operating above them and pulling us in a fascist direction and the Plod won't mind that one bit. Far too many "Copper's" were hopeless and bullied in school and they see the badge and the bat as fair game to release some of that pent up frustration. Any and every football fan has seen this "Copper" in their time. Were you Police then?

| Cabango Sent Home on 08:09 - Apr 13 by onehunglow | Not many of us were earning what Cabango does. In conflicts not that fat back ,fellas of his age, were flying Spitfires not knowing they would be home again to have any time of party . Actions have consequences. |
Spitfires have nothing to do with Ben having a party. Nurse, nurse ....!

| Cabango Sent Home on 09:46 - Apr 13 by Dr_Parnassus | Being a lovely fella, from a respected family that appreciates what he’s got doesn’t mean you can’t make immature decisions. They don’t go hand in hand. That is what looks like has happened here. Doesn’t mean he’s horrible, it’s a mistake. I’m sure he will learn from it. But it may explain a thing or two that goes deeper than footballing reasons. |
Swans should ask Joe Rodons brother to long after Ben as well. As you say Ben will learn from this one.
