Sorry for that aggressive reply last night TJ, my mouth runs away after a few drinks, I'm right in the shi* , missis has been offish with me all day, I have now found out why, apparently I told her last night, I want another woman.
Nearly every shite thing that has happened in my life was caused by drink, now I rarely drink. Its nothing to do with me but you seem to have an issue (assuming this isn't a trolling account) it's never too late to take back control.

I will, I won't lie my drinking has increased massively since covid started, I know myself I need to cut down, some weekends I find myself drinking, and I'm ashamed to say 60 cans plus.
I did cut down a few weeks back, because I lost my balance and nearly hit the bathroom wall, and i type this with 14 cans in the fridge.
I'm heading for disaster, deep down I know it, it's bloody hard to stop the cycle though.
Like I bought extra beer this weekend, just because it's a bank holiday, weekdays i'm fine, 4 cans a night, or sometimes nothing mon-thursday,but once the weekend hits boom.I can't get it down myself quick enough.

4 cans a night is not ok, never mind the rest. If what you say is true, you are heading for total disaster if you don’t want to/can’t help yourself. This really is all up to you.

It is true, I felt like saying about it a while ago, but was too embarrassed to admit it, due to the sheer volume of it, plus I've had a few now , half cut, and it's come out. I'll know I'll regret it in the morning, divulging my alcohol intake.

Can only echo what Monny just said, 4 cans a night is definitely not okay. The only person who can help or decide to make the change is looking back at you when you look in the mirror. I have no idea if your situation is real or someone on a windup but will give you the benefit of the doubt. If you need to talk to someone about drinking talk to NL, from the bones of his arse to one mr the most affluent and nicest people I know. From the day he stopped drinking to now he has the east life imaginable. It’s easy. Mind you I can have a beer or two but only three nights a week.
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

Thank you. I tell you something I'm so glad I live with people, because I just feel like going up the shop to get a bottle of vodka, and get completely smashed out of my brains.
This lager, just isn't doing it for me anymore. How I arrived with these thoughts I don't know, wasn't like this pre covid..
Although I think the missis turned a blind eye with the extra beer, once covid started.
It seems I'm quite happy getting blotto out the kitchen on my own , missis in front room. She likes programmes that I don't like, it puzzles me sometimes why I fell in love with her.

No worries, I think that four cans is ok in fact, I know it’s well above the prescribed amount so to speak, but if it is only four you can get down to two. Like you I drink vodka, Used to be bourbon, it’s about four quid here for a litre of decent stuff. I know guys here who drink a bottle a night, get up go to work and repeat the same thing.Its obviously no good for them but they function somehow. Cut back a can a day maybe, I’m not condoning drinking, but sometimes we all have a big one, just not every night.
I actually drink cold pints of water most evenings, it’s by far a nicer drink btw.

I really wish all I drunk was 4 cans a night, in reality it's 60 plus cans on weekends, and weekdays, in all honesty it's a bit more than four.. most prob 6,
It's most prob a relationship thing, i have to leave her.. 25 years of being together and it could be time to say goodbye. I can't bring myself to leave her though.

There are some very nice zero alcohol drinks out there. Doom bar zero tastes the same as the real one. Birra Morretti zero tastes the same as the real one. Try it for a couple of nights.
Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.
