NO one is saying Cooper is /was in the same vein of Bendan...my post was the club holding out for a high comp value which was not in line with the person......Rodgers did a great thing by negotiating that clause..
My point was the club seem to be hanging out for sums that interested parties feel uneconomic resultong in no moves.
I personally feel and its only my opinion that Palace and Fulham felt the compo fee for Cooper was far too high...maybe it it had been lower had the club been prepared to drop it he may have gone to one of them...we w ill never know but it seems we are doing the same with Grimes who may end up stayiung but demotiated! | |
