How stupid is this woman?

She got fined £15K, the business fined £5k, costs of £9K but got away with a contempt of court charge.

But she received £55k from a crowdfund page and £112K in grants and £94K in her bank account, most would have been happy to cut and run.

Oh no, she's now appealed against the level of fines imposed, so the judge has turned around and asked for a full audit trail to show where the money went.

Expect an incoming tax bill and a sentence for non payment.

Everyone has a right to earn a living. The courts were wrong in fining her so no surprise she's challenging it. All the best to her

Missed the part that she'd got £100k in covid benefits from the government did you?

On top of her staffs furlough payment.

This seems to be about greed now as she was certainly earning a living.

She’s contesting the size of the fine, not the judgments. Which were correct.

Covid restrictions were pathetic in my opinion , others will disagree, but this woman is mad she should have took it on the chin and carried on with her life , now I believe she’s f@cked as you say because of greed , daft woman

You may be right. Apparently someone produced paperwork which showed she gets paid around £750 per month via BACS, but none of the bank accounts she’s disclosed show the money being paid in!!!

AS Kenny sang,

You got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em
Know when to walk away and know when to run
You never count your money when you're sittin' at the table
There'll be time enough for countin' when the dealing's done

She should have had the sense to walk away but now they'll chase down every penny and she may well find herself tens of thousands worse off.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

Her choice. I'd be contesting the judgement, and I'd win

She is a right piece of work this one!!

She might get some time, chances are she won't but a bit of time might knock some sense into her rather self centred brain.
