For such a big fella Ray Kennedy moved gracefully around the field. I was so excited when we signed him. Great pity we didn't see the best of him as was suspected he was probably in the early stages of a horrendous illness ( Parkinsons) which he endured for a huge part of his life. RIP Ray Kennedy.

He took some stick here back in the day as our highest earner and didn’t reach the heights of his Liverpool days as expected but by then he must already have had the early onset of Parkinson’s so, so sad. Class player.
