All good points but at least they are handing them back not just dumping them if they did as he said fine them then you would see dogs dumped or worse killed

We have a retriever ,mad, stubborn .destructive (still a pup) food obsessed and likes the ladies, and I'd have another in an instant , (maybe when I totally finish work) our life without him , no way
