Took off his mask off and walked around their shop videoing himself to deliberately antagonise them. Another snowflake crybaby who thinks he’s being clever, and you don’t have to be for or against mask wearing to see what an utter low life this idiot is.

It’s very stupid behaviour from a grown man. It’s hardly the most awful thing any person has to do in their lifetime. He’s just someone seeking attention and coming out of it looking like a bit of a nob tbh . I don’t think there’s a need for aggressive behaviour from the shop workers. Just call the police

I would physically support the shopworker if it got that far

123. I drink even less at this time of year and try to avoid overeating as that is so passé. Note how many charity adverts are on screen at this time.

I think in the new year, I'm going to seek some help for this, last night was just one of many episodes, where I can't control it. Like in November I had to drive early one morning, said to myself right just have 4 cans, ended up having a shedload, and would have definitely been over the limit if pulled over. I think if I was single, it would be pretty easy to phone for help, but no doubt I will have to bring the family into this, although they are pretty much fed up of me anyway. I don't think I can stop on my own, I wish I knew how I ended up here.

Didnt know you were serious. In that case, you need to ort yourself out. Plenty of support out there. Remember this bit of advice. You do NOT need alcohol to have fun . It often gets in the way. Good luck

Mate, trust me I lost everything and came back, haven’t touched a drop for years, if I did I would be on the floor with you. If you want a drink have one, if it means you get totally bladdered every time, you have to stop. If it means you can enjoy it and the company you are in, then continue. Or do what I did, PM me if you need to.

Turns me sick thinking about it, but when 36 cans of beer for a weekend is considered light, things have to change.

Thanks, I think I'm in the getting totally bladdered every time group. I have tried knocking it, but only manage to last from Monday to Friday, it's a rubbish habit, which does me no favours.

Have to say that is something to take on board 123. Not Loyal is no chum of mone but I see him as a solid guy who know shyt so listen up . I am lucky as I was only really "addicted" to gambling on horses mainly due to my environment in Swansea ,at that time. I used to smoke quite a bit too . Females also an issue for me as I loved them . Come to think of it,I was a bit of a cretin at times too and seemed to have many fights. The only way for me was to fight it head on and tough it out but it s not for everyone

| Masks on 18:55 - Dec 26 with 2432 views | Scotia | I'll be honest out of all the anti covid stuff around I find the "anti mask" stuff the strangest. I genuinely don't see what the problem is. I don't like wearing one but don't see how wearing one in certain circumstances is an infringement of my liberties. On another note, I've never been anywhere near having a drink problem but nowadays if I fancy a beer on a work night I have a low / 0% alcohol one. They can be decent and satisfy an urge. I recommend Heineken 0.0 and ghost ship. All the best 123. | | | |
| Masks on 19:53 - Dec 26 with 2387 views | majorraglan | First things first, the guy in the video is a jerk. If he doesn’t want to wear a mask that’s his business, but to parade around a shop spouting about his human rights and not wear a mask is a load of cobblers. Someone who’s not lawfully on premises, for example a trespasser can be lawfully ejected/ evicted using force if required - that’s what bouncers do. He goes on about human rights, what about the rights of staff working in the shop! Jack 123, I know someone who had similar issues re alcohol - it was all or nothing; bladdered or nothing. They had a medical appointment and were given a choice, carry on drinking and risk significant ill health or stop drinking, they just gave up the grog and became tea total and never looked back. I also know another person who drove whilst unfit and ended up in a serious accident where someone lost their life, it had a huge impact on several families and communities, the driver went to jail. Get some help, AA or AADDAS - good luck. You won’t regret it. [Post edited 26 Dec 2021 21:50]

Thank you mate, It's got worse. Looking back, I'm sure I wasn't like this before covid., . But things will definitely change in the new year. I'm going downhill fast with this. Like a plonker, I bought loads of beer Thursday, so got one box left and a bottle of jack. Once this goes, I'm looking for help. Not good, it seems after a massive skinful, I'm getting anxiety attacks, took a dinner up to my mothers earlier, and I couldn't breath properly, then walking home a car pulls up ahead of me, and my legs go to jelly. Total weird, go near anyone, and I'm shaking. Only happens after a skinful, and it's horrible.

Pour or give away the beer and the bottle of Jack. That would be a start.

I wish I could, 4 cans in, and now all I'm thinking of is opening the other box when the missis goes to the toilet or bed. It's daft as hell. She's not speaking to me..

It’s definitely a good start, but make an appointment with AADAS, they can get you help. Get the ball rolling. https://111.wales.nhs.uk/Local

Nobody is judging you, we all do dull things after a few beers. You’ve identified you sometimes have an issue and accepting there’s an issue is the starting point for moving forward. You can beat this, pick up the phone and look to the future.
