We need defenders - not a goalkeeper. I don't understand how employing a goalkeeper who achieve a slightly higher short pass success rate will address the obvious issues we have in defence and our inability to create chances.
We're not Manchester City. The fee for this transfer will likely makeup a significant chunk of our available budget.

Think you’re right, constantly chopping & changing the middle of our defence has done us no favours. Playing so many defenders out of position & in a style that few are comfortable with will not help whoever is in goal.

On topic,it is ludicrous to target a keeper when our defence is so weak. We dont have a centre half according to Russy and have to play a full back there.
