Supporting the team is one thing, supporting an inept manager is another.
You say : always support the manager. Ballux.
Only a handful of the rational thinkers did just that the past two terms when we were playing winning, effective and efficient football. The bile and vitriol hurled at our winning manager was beyond disgusting. A few of us were steadfast in our support throughout.
This term, despite us languishing in 16th, the same twps that were slagging off our winning ways are now slagging off our proper fans who are critical of our underperforming manager.
It's a bonkers inexplicable mentality of the twp. |

What do you mean fail to turn up?
We lost 2-0 with 10 men to one of the best teams in the league. We were large underdogs.
We had more possession than them, more passes than them and almost as many shots.
If the above is “not turning up” then that would go for most games this season.
More possession and more passes but a loss has been our mantra. |  |

Like any other club the CEO will sit down with the manager at the end of the season to review the 2021/22 season.
They will discuss the strengths of the squad. The weaknesses. Where the team have done well and how they can improve for 22/23 season.

Stid id as upset and angry as you and I but doesnt want to backtrack or look stupid,which is fair enough.
It's the smarter ,off the wall,punters that saw through Martin early on. I knew at Preston we had a problem.Nothing ha changed since,we make the same mistakes. It's just now we are most used to failure. We have been conditioned by Russspeak.He has been brilliant .
He has taken over the club,knobbed off good lads,brought in utter dross ,kids and injured players who wont play for us this season. But it's ok as he has a plan.
This season is over;we are just about "safe" but no play offs this year. Still,we are urged to look forward to next season. Trust me,Martin will see us relegated if he sees out his contract.

To save having to post three times, I will just post once to Dr P, AC, and OHL.
Dr P, the final at Wembley with Brentford was nothing short of a scandal and all Swans fans I talked to and have seen posting on social media are largely of the same opinion.
That is, that Cooper didn't care on the day and it showed in his whole demeanor and the team's failure to perform.
It was a non event not because Brentford were vastly superior than us, just that they were the only team competing on the day.
OHL - I am not angry or upset at Martin. His tactics dont always work, but when they do they are great to watch. Believe me if I was upset and / or angry I would not be taking a whole day out tomorrow and next Wednesday to support my team and the manager of my team, at considerable expense.
AC -You accused me of criticising Cooper for two seasons then when you realised what a pathetic statement that was, you backtracked to personal insults instead.As you said you don't know me yet you feel happy to have sling insults at me.
You dont know what I think, other than yes while RM is in charge he has my support, same as SC and others before them.
