Jimmy Saville was covered up and allowed to continue, it’s amazing how Yaxley never appears at white peadophile gangs that appear in court.

There are many diverse groups I’ve prosecuted, white and other. Yaxley only comments on those of a certain hue.

Yes covered up for the same reason, fear. Fear that speaking up against savile would ruin your career at the BBC. Fear you wouldn’t be believed, fear he had powerful contacts. Whereas in Rotherham and these places it was fear of being branded a racist. Doing what was easy or politically expedient rather than doing what was right. Both parties gained protection from the very people and organisations that should have been stopping them.

Certainly not the case over the past few years. Lots of things weren’t looked at in the 80s and early 90s. Domestic violence, martial rape wasn’t an offence till around 1992. Things have changed.

Did these white peadophile groups target only Asian young women ?

Imagine a huge cadre of white middle aged men grooming young Asian girls. That couldn’t happen granted as they are rather restricted as to their social interaction.

Yes, Yaxley has previous convictions for violence, he has previously had a football, banning order for leading a brawl involving Luton, he purposely tried to influence a trial against Muslims accused of rape, for which he received a custodial sentence, he lied about a young Muslim boy who was assaulted and was ordered to pay compensation. He took a pic of a youth Muslim defendant despite being told he could, not film and then breached the suspended sentence he received

He went to prison in around 2005 for assault, in the early part of the 2010s, he assaulted another person at an EDL rally. He cannot got to America due to his previous so tried to fly under someone else’s name, he’s convictions for mortgage fraud he live streamed another Muslim trial despite being told there were reporting restrictions.

He is now in the high court for further contempt trying to get out paying compensation to the Muslim boy he defamed citing bankruptcy despite admitting he gambled £100,000 of money he received in donations.

He’s got documented history of using racist terms online always against people who he believes are of Pakistani descent, he has encouraged his supporters to go online and abuse a rape charity for BAME rape victims and also said Sadiq Khan was part of an invasion.

I’m sure there’s many more examples.

Perfect example there and proves my point to a tee.
Everything you have mentioned there has come straight from the orifice of main stream media.

He didn't try to influence a trial at all, he was live streaming outside the court on the day of sentencing to make people aware of what had been brushed under the carpet for so long, the trial had already taken place.

The 100k proceeds that were gambled were from a house sale and had nothing to do with donations, If I had just sold a house I'd rather spend it than pay compensation to.

He grew up in Luton, a lot of his mates were muslim, he started the EDL as a result of the attack on British soldiers during their homecoming parade by a section of muslims in his home town.

I would never knock anyone who tries to out nonces whether they are muslim white yellow or pink. The colour or race matters not ...a beast is a beast and needs sorting

The trial was ongoing, that’s the whole point. That’s why there was an application to declare it a mistrial. That is what put him in breach of a suspended sentence.

I’ve never seen him ‘live streaming ‘ outside any trials of white rapists.

He is currently in court giving evidence, the gambling info cam from him.

Not sure why you are bringing the black white issue into it. It's pretty clear that in places all over the country rotherham Rochdale Telford to name but a few there is a massive problem with muslim rape gangs which have been brushed under the carpet by the police and local authorities. Nobody has the balls to cover it or bring it out into the open which is why Robinson and others like him have the opportunity to do so.
White nonces have a plethora of people/hunters who are happy to bring it out in the open and rightly so, take a look on Facebook and there are quite a few hunter teams who do a wonderful job of outing these beasts, I commend these people and also TR for making people aware of these vile pieces of trash rather than in the letters case try to prevent it and further ignore the problem we have imported onto our shores.

Many of our laws are passed by politicians who are barrister trained and it's why the wording is so esoteric. They have to discuss single words and phrases often in camera.

All factually correct.

Arguing he’s not so bad as others are worse is whataboutary at it’s finest.

Fortunately some are able to hold more than one thought in their heads.

I’ve got to say that between this thread and the now removed BBC2 one, the content on here the last couple of days has been pretty worrying.

The ability of some to try and justify the worst of humanity by pointing at something else (on both sides). The use of hyperbolic language just to illicit a response. The casual use of the word ‘scum’ to label someone with a different view.

I’m fully aware I’m centre left but I actively enjoy debates with those who I disagree on certain issues with - your good self, AFD, Felix (just on Brexit with Felix really) etc. All posters I can learn things from.

The last couple of days has seen a more sinister turn - the BBC2 thread was abhorrent and rightly removed.

I think it's important to make the distinction between people justifying bad people/acts, and people adding context when it's intentionally removed. For example there is a poster on here who often accuses me of ''defending Trump'' when all I have done is added context to his intentionally inaccurate or unbalanced accusations.

Hyperbolic language and the intentional removal of context is largely a left wing media tactic, take the heading from this very thread for example. The implication is that anyone on the right of the political divide is a ''nut job'' or such like, it's designed to illicit conflict.

Things like that aren't helpful and only further the left vs right discussions. I don't know too much about this character, he doesn't get any press over here and I don't particularly have too much interest in him as a person.

But I can certainly see the temptation for those to sweep everything he says into a convenient box not to be addressed simply because he has done or said things in his past. I will always try and ignore who says something and focus on what it is they are saying, if what they are saying is not accurate THEN work backwards to try and find out why they have said it.

Too many people stop at 'who' says something, before even considering what it is they have said.

From what I gather these gangs have been an issue in the midlands haven't they? Wasn't there a documentary on it, to where the police had to apologise for their handling of it and cited religious sensitivity as to why it wasn't tackled properly?

Important to note that religion and race are not the same thing. I could turn Muslim tomorrow for example.

I will take your word for it regarding the BBC thread, I never clicked on it.
